Our full set of equipment can produce standard solid bricks, hollow blocks, permeable bricks, interlocking grass‑planting bricks, curb stones and slope protection non‑fired bricks. You only need to change different molds to get different brick types to meet construction, municipal and slope‑protection projects in different countries.

Yes. We can customize motor voltage and frequency according to your local conditions, support 220V/380V/415V, 50Hz /60Hz, suitable for most developing countries’ industrial power supply.

Standard full‑auto line includes PLD batching machine, vertical pan mixer, static pressure brick press, molds and conveyor system. Optional equipment: brick stacker, cement silo, screw conveyor. We can customize solutions according to your site size and output budget.

Standard models: 10‑15 working days. Custom large complete production line: 25‑40 working days. Exact delivery time will be confirmed in sales contract.

Machines are anti‑rust painted, key parts wrapped by waterproof plastic film. Steel parts are nude packed and loaded into standard sea containers. Both FCL and LCL sea shipping are available. We support FOB, CIF and other trade terms.

Two options: 1. We supply full set of English drawings and operation videos for your local technicians to install. 2. Our engineers can go to your factory for on‑site installation, commissioning and training. Buyer shall be responsible for engineer’s round‑trip air tickets, accommodation and travel allowance.

 12‑month warranty for whole machine (excluding normal wearing parts like molds, mixing blades). Free spare parts will be provided for non‑human damage under warranty. Wear parts such as molds, blades and liner plates can be ordered together with machine or separately later.

Small semi‑auto line requires at least 800 ㎡ workshop. For 1200‑ton full‑auto static press line, workshop area ≥1500㎡ is recommended. Extra space should be reserved for finished bricks curing & stacking. We can suggest layout based on your plant drawing.

Available raw materials include cement, sand, stone, slag, fly ash and stone powder. We can help check whether your local raw materials are suitable for brick production.
